The beautification committee helps to keep the common areas of our community looking beautiful with planted pots, evergreens and stone accent walls.  These areas include the corners at East Gate Drive & Woodbury Rd, Colonial Drive and Cold Spring Hills Rd., East Gate Drive & Jericho Tpke., West Gate Drive & Jericho Tpke., in addition to the circle at Cold Spring Lane and areas on Monfort Drive and Promenade Court.  

All areas are freshened up with seasonal cleanups and mulch as well as fresh plantings.  The spring flowers are donated by the Otto Keil Nursery and the fall cabbage and mums are planted by a local landscaper.  All of these areas are maintained by funds transferred to the beautification fund each year.
